At MONÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected pieces are not the perfect fit, you may return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original MONÉ packaging and include the printed return slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
